We can be responsible for all aspects of the project from an engineering perspective, from the involvement in multi-disciplinary input into the plans of subdivision and changes to the structure plan, through to the preliminary design, detailed design, obtaining design approvals from various services authorities ( ie Water Corporation , Local authority and Department of Water), tender process, calling of tenders, assessment of tenderers received, tender reporting, recommendation of successful tender to the client, award of tender, preparation of contract document, contract administration of the civil works and superintendence of the civil works, site supervision ensuring all of the civil works are completed successfully and taken over by the various service authorities so that clearances could be issued for the development
